WELCOME!
I provide doula services to the Central Ohio area, including Franklin and Delaware counties. I am a certified birth doula, trained postpartum doula and a licensed massage therapist.
I have always loved the birthing journey! I became a licensed massage therapist in 1998, and went on to complete continuing education courses in prenatal and postpartum massage, massage labor support and infant massage instruction. I began accompanying some of my pregnant massage clients to their births shortly thereafter, and fell in love with providing labor support. I completed birth doula training and certification through DONA International in 2009 and postpartum doula training through DONA International in 2011. I am a board-member of both Birthworkers of Central Ohio and CHOICE, as well as a member of Columbus Birth Community.
My husband, Nate, and I live in Delaware on a small farm and have two amazing kids. Our son Drew (9) plays soccer, drums and loves fishing. Our daughter Rory (6) swims, takes gymnastics and loves creating art projects. We have a dog, two cats, a bunch of free-range hens and two goats. Nate and I are co-owners of an Organic Lawn Care company.
